Terms of Service

Last updated: October 8, 2026

1. Parties

These terms of service ("Terms") constitute an agreement between DigitalFusion ("Company", "we") and you ("User") who uses the GodotBridge software ("Software").

By downloading, installing, or using the Software, you agree to these Terms.

2. Software Description

GodotBridge is an MCP (Model Context Protocol) server that enables AI agents to control the Godot 4.x game engine editor and running games. The Software consists of two tiers:

  • Lite (free): Basic reading, inspection, and project management tools.
  • Full (licensed): Access to all tools β€” scene construction, animation, shaders, physics, UI, and more.

3. License Grant

Users with a valid license key are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to use the Full version of the Software. This license:

  • May be used in personal or commercial projects.
  • Is subject to the device/seat limits of the purchased license type.
  • "Lifetime" license covers v1.x version updates. Major version upgrades (v2.0+) may be priced separately; existing owners receive a discount.

4. Restrictions

The User may not:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the Software (for the purpose of circumventing license conditions).
  • Share or resell the license key with third parties.
  • Distribute or sublicense the Software as part of their own product.
  • Disable or circumvent the license verification mechanism.

5. Intellectual Property

The Software and all its components are the property of DigitalFusion and are protected by copyright laws. Projects, scenes, and content created by the User using the Software belong entirely to the User.

6. Third-Party Services

GodotBridge is an MCP server and does not host AI models directly. The Software works with AI clients configured by the User (Claude, Cursor, etc.). These AI clients are third-party services and are subject to their own terms of service.

GodotBridge transmits the User's project data to these AI clients (as required by the MCP protocol). This data flow is under the User's control β€” see Privacy Policy.

7. Disclaimer of Warranty

The Software is provided "as is." DigitalFusion does not guarantee that the Software will operate without interruption or error. DigitalFusion shall not be held liable for project losses, data loss, or indirect damages arising from the use of the Software.

8. Limitation of Liability

DigitalFusion's total liability under these Terms is limited to the total amount paid by the User for the Software.

9. Termination

In case of violation of these Terms, your license is automatically terminated. Upon termination, you are required to delete all copies of the Software. For refund requests, please contact support@godotbridge.com.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms with prior notice. Updated Terms will be published on this page. Your continued use of the Software constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul shall have jurisdiction over any disputes.
