Privacy Policy

1. Overview

At DigitalFusion ("we"), we respect your privacy. This policy explains what data the GodotBridge software collects, how it processes it, and with whom it is shared.

In short: GodotBridge runs locally. Your project data is not sent to our servers. Your data is only transmitted to the AI client you configure (via the MCP protocol).

2. How GodotBridge Works

GodotBridge consists of two components:

• Godot addon: Runs inside the Godot editor and opens a local WebSocket connection.
• MCP server: A Python process running on your local machine. It acts as a bridge between your AI client (Claude, Cursor, etc.) and the Godot editor.

Both components run entirely locally — no internet connection is required (except for license verification).

3. Data We Collect

3.1. During Purchase

When purchasing a Full license, the following information is collected:

• Email address (for license delivery and support)
• Full name (for invoicing)
• Payment information (processed by iyzico payment infrastructure — see section 5)
• IP address (for pricing region detection and abuse prevention)

3.2. During License Activation

During license verification, the following information is sent to our license server:

• License key
• Machine fingerprint (SHA-256 hash of hostname, platform, machine ID, and MAC address — raw values are not sent)

This information is used solely to enforce the per-device activation limit.

3.3. During Normal Use

GodotBridge does not collect any telemetry, usage statistics, or analytics data. Your project files, scene structures, scripts, or other content are never sent to our servers in any way.

4. Data Flow: BYOK (Bring Your Own Key)

GodotBridge is an MCP server and does not host AI models on its own. AI functionality is provided by third-party AI clients that you configure. This architecture has an important privacy implication:

• We recommend reviewing your AI client's privacy policy.
• When working with projects containing confidential or proprietary content, check your AI provider's data retention policies.
• GodotBridge neither monitors nor records this data flow — it only acts as an intermediary.

5. Third-Party Services

Your payment information (card number, etc.) is not stored by us; it is processed directly by iyzico. iyzico is a PCI DSS-compliant payment infrastructure.

6. Data Retention

• Order records: Retained for 10 years as required by legal obligations.
• License activation data: Retained as long as the license is valid.
• Email address: Retained until an account deletion request is made.

7. Cookies

The GodotBridge website uses technically necessary cookies for session management. It also uses Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics, provided by Google, to measure how the website is used, such as pages viewed, downloads and completed purchases. No advertising cookies are used.

In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Switzerland and Türkiye, analytics cookies are used only if you accept them. Elsewhere they are active unless you decline. You can change your choice at any time in Cookie settings.

8. Your Rights

Under KVKK (Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698) and applicable data protection regulations, you have the following rights:

• To learn whether your personal data is being processed
• To request information about the processing
• To request correction or deletion of your data
• To learn about third parties to whom your data has been transferred

9. Changes

We may update this policy. For significant changes, we will send a notification to your registered email address. The current version is always available on this page.
