Distance Sales Agreement

This agreement applies to digital software license purchases made through the GodotBridge website.

1. Parties

Seller: KEREM AKTUĞ YAZILIM DANIŞMANLIK VE TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ, operating the GodotBridge brand under DigitalFusion publishing, Güvenevler Mah. Hoşdere Cad. Mutlu Apt. No: 53 D: 7, 06890 Çankaya / Ankara, Türkiye, Hitit Tax Office, tax number 5441500399.

Buyer: The customer identified by the name, email, and any billing information provided during payment.

2. Subject

This agreement sets forth the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the online sale and electronic delivery of the GodotBridge software license ordered through the GodotBridge website.

3. Product and Price

Product	GodotBridge Full license (Lifetime)
Delivery	License key via email and order status page
Activation	Within the device limits shown on the payment page
Price	The price and currency shown and accepted on the payment page

4. Payment and Delivery

Payment is processed through the iyzico secure payment infrastructure. After payment confirmation, the license is automatically generated and delivered to the customer via email. The license key can also be viewed on the order status page. No physical shipment is made.

5. Withdrawal, Cancellation, and Refund

GodotBridge is digital content delivered electronically. GodotBridge offers a free Lite version for evaluation before purchase. Requests made after digital license delivery or activation are evaluated within the framework of the nature of the digital product and applicable consumer legislation.

6. Buyer's Obligations

The Buyer is obligated to provide accurate information during payment, keep the license key secure, and use GodotBridge within the purchased license and activation limits.

8. Disputes

This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of Ankara shall have jurisdiction over any disputes.
